Focusses on systemic influences (how wellbeing is determined via subconscious sytems and patterns – how family and other organisational systems may initiate diseases and pass them on over generations). These insights will be provided by different patient cases that we will select or may be provided by you as participant.

Adverse Child Experiences (ACE) often create a negative self esteem that result in a subconscious negative mindset; in daily practise we experience how patients sustain on a subconscious level these wounds and traumatic imprints to gain approval or prevent disapprovals from the external world.

In the afternoon you will be invited to experience yourself how energies are locked up in the body. Being able to let these go will not only free up, but also provide new insights.

Participating in these 3 days will not only provide you insights but also invite you to experience how these internal blocks have an impact on your personal wellbeing, on the health of your patients and collective wellbeing in general. You will experience how you as a health professional or as leader can use this in your daily work. The program is designed to broaden the diagnostic and therapeutic landscape. It all starts with an enlarged consciousness.
On the last day – you will be invited to change the lenses through which we look at the world, at our mission and our contribution to health and wellbeing.

We will conclude by framing our ambition and contribution (as a human being, as a health professional or as an organisation leader) to personal health, organisational health and societal wellbeing.
